Welcome!
I’m Sandra, and I practice Integrative Kinesiology—a holistic approach to health and well-being that I studied at IKAMED in Zurich, Switzerland.
It is important to me to offer the best possible care to my clients. That’s why I have expanded my expertise by integrating major kinesiology systems into my practice. In my daily work, I draw on:
Integrative Kinesiology by Rosmarie Sonderegger
Neuroenergetic Kinesiology by Hugo Tobar
Applied Physiology by Richard Utt
Vibrational Healing by David Corby
I also complement treatments with additional techniques to provide a truly personalized approach. I am a Registered Complementary Therapist in Kinesiology, certified by OdA KT, the Swiss Working Association of Complementary Therapy.

A little about me
Originally from Switzerland, I moved to Ottawa with my husband a few years ago. Our grown children still live in Switzerland.
I love spending time outdoors and training my dogs for Search and Rescue, a commitment I’ve pursued for many years to help locate missing persons.
In the past, I competed at the highest level in Canoe Slalom, including the Olympic Games, World Championships, and World Cup races—experiences that taught me resilience and balance.
After retiring from competitive sports, I worked as an elementary school teacher. Later, when my children were older, I followed my passion for holistic health and completed professional certification in kinesiology at IKAMED in Zurich. Today, I find deep fulfillment in supporting clients on their healing journey and helping them rediscover balance and well-being.
